金银花薄荷茶

材料
金银花10克，甘草5克，薄荷5克，冰糖少许。
做法
①金银花、甘草放入锅中，加水600毫升（约3碗清水)转大火煮沸，再转小火煮10分钟。
②薄荷装入棉布袋，放入锅中再网10分钟，取汁去渣即可饮用。

金银花有清热解毒、善散肺经热邪功效，可预防流行性感冒、各型肝炎。
